My Story

From an early age I learned that it was possible to access a variety of states of consciousness as I grew up within a meditation and yoga community in New York. Shifting between these states became rather natural for me, and my interest in the flexibility and unlimited potential of the mind only increased as I grew into adulthood.

Even so, after 25 years of practicing traditional therapeutic and meditation disciplines—despite providing numerous and significant benefits—I was unable to successfully apply them towards overcoming a fear of flying that started haunting me in early adulthood. I would face this fear and still frequently take international flights, yet it was a reliably harrowing experience.

Finally, after giving hypnosis a try, the issue completely resolved itself. I was so astounded, relieved, and grateful, that I aspired to learn to help others with this same seemingly magical craft. I studied in depth with a practitioner friend who had cultivated a vast reservoir of methods for over 30 years, and who has continued to be an important mentor to me. I also became certified with the National Guild of Hypnotists in 2016. Since then I’ve been working with clients all over the world, addressing a wide array of themes and issues with great success. I also have a complementary art practice which has been a lifelong passion, and the comfort and facility I have developed with my own imaginal realms has become an invaluable foundation for assisting others while navigating theirs.
